Principia Publisher ("the tool") is a private application operated by the owner of the YouTube channel Principia ("the operator"). This policy describes what data the tool accesses and how it is handled.
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the operator is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool accesses only the operator's own YouTube channel through Google OAuth, with the scopes "youtube.upload" and "youtube". The data accessed is: the authorized channel's identity and public statistics, the videos the tool itself uploads (title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status, publication date) and their public statistics (views, likes, comments count). Public search results are retrieved with an API key without any user authorization.
The OAuth token and the log of the operator's own video statistics are stored locally on the operator's computer, are accessible only to the operator, and are never transmitted to any third party, sold, or used for advertising. No data of any other YouTube user is collected. The operator can delete the stored token and logs at any time.
Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
